thalia shulist

Registered Massage Therapist

Thalia is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of BC. After having completed her training at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Cambridge, Ontario, she has relocated to Golden after years of lodge work in the surrounding area. Growing up on a farm in a small town in Eastern Ontario nurtured her appreciation for good food, physical wellness, and the outdoors. This lead her to pursue a degree in Human Kinetics, which subsequently created a solid backbone for her future massage therapy practice. Guided by her intuitive approach, her treatments are based in General Swedish Massage with the incorporation of myofascial techniques and Craniosacral therapy. Thalia places strong value in complementary health care that empowers individuals to be an active part of their own health and healing process. Thalia is eager to continue learning, and expanding her knowledge and skills, in order to help people better develop an awareness of their own potential of wellbeing. She is most excited about her current study and practice of Craniosacral Therapy which she compliments most of her massage treatments with.
