Katie has worked with individuals of all ages and with a wide variety of nutrition and health concerns. She prides herself in providing up-to-date evidence-based information and engages in many activities to stay competent in her field. She practices a Health at Every Size – Weight Neutral® (HAES®) approach with the focus being on health improving behaviours and health values. Inclusive respect is given for every body and compassionate self-care is the priority.
In her spare time Katie enjoys exploring the beautiful outdoors on bikes and skis, spending time with her husband and two dogs, reading, cooking, and working in her garden.
