Golden Lotus Yoga Studio is on the second floor of Element Therapeutics. There are a wide variety of classes and styles, for experienced yogis and beginners alike. They have many teachers bringing unique skills and experience to the mats each day.

Yoga therapy is an up and coming profession around the world. Using the philosophy of yoga (not just the poses!), a therapeutic yoga session can address specific health concerns, aches or pains, or simply bring more awareness to the body and how it works.
One on one Physio Yoga sessions are individual, yoga based treatments aimed at increasing awareness, improving mobility and strength, decreasing stress and tension, and promoting relaxation. Your session may include hands on treatment, breathing exercises, gentle yoga poses or movements, and new information on how your body works within the context of your life.
There are also group Physio Yoga classes offered twice a week through Golden Lotus Yoga Studio.
