Jess, is a Registered Massage Therapist based in Golden, BC, with a diverse background in massage therapy across a wide range of environments. Her experience includes working in spas, multidisciplinary clinical settings, backcountry ski lodges, at skydiving events, and even at a remote diamond mine. These unique experiences have shaped a versatile and adaptable approach to patient care.
Her practice is patient-centred and incorporates a variety of therapeutic techniques, including myofascial release, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage. Jess is passionate about empowering her patients to take an active role in their recovery by integrating remedial exercises, breathwork, and education into her treatments. She believes that understanding the body is key to managing pain effectively and supporting long-term health and wellness.
Jess’s passion for anatomy, movement, and physical performance began at a young age through sports. This interest led her to complete a diploma in Fitness and Health, followed by a 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training. After experiencing her own sports-related injuries, she discovered the profound healing benefits of massage therapy, inspiring her to pursue the profession. She graduated from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy in 2024 and is committed to ongoing professional development to provide the highest standard of evidence-informed care.
Jess genuinely loves what she does and is dedicated to continuous learning, growth, and helping her patients achieve their health and wellness goals. Outside the treatment room, she enjoys spending time in the mountains, snowboarding, staying active, and embracing opportunities to fly—whether through skydiving or other aerial pursuits. Her adventurous spirit, curiosity, and commitment to continual improvement are qualities she brings to every treatment, ensuring thoughtful, individualized care for each patient
