Physiotherapy

A physiotherapy appointment includes a thorough assessment of your injury or area of concern, a discussion of what’s contributing to it, and treatment. Subsequent visits follow a plan built with your physiotherapist and aimed at helping you return to the activities that matter to you. You’ll be given education about your condition, advice for managing between appointments, and a home exercise program where appropriate.

Our physiotherapists use a range of approaches including exercise prescription, manual therapy and joint mobilization, soft tissue treatment, and taping. Some of our physiotherapists also offer acupuncture and dry needling — the front desk can help you book with the right practitioner. Our team can assess posture, movement, and strength, and is qualified to measure, order, and fit custom knee braces and foot orthotics.

All of our physiotherapists are licensed in BC. We direct bill most extended health plans; coverage varies, so check with your provider. ICBC and WorkSafeBC claims are handled by specific members of our team — please call the clinic to book, as additional information may be required.
